So what does aliquot mean? It means to designate a part of a number that divides the number evenly and leaves no remainder. The example my dictionary had was that 5 is an aliquot part of 15.

What!!!
That wasn't much of a definition? How does it relate to my chemistry lab?
By the way, my lab was fun and funny. There were four of us in a group, and one of the guys mixed up the chemicals!
:-)
I beg pardon but that was the definition in the dictionary. I haven't the slightest idea what it has to do with your chemistry lab. I don't know what your chemistry lab was about. Look it up yourself.
LOL! :o)
I am in Gen Chem I also! I just took my final today. Phew! :)
Yeah, I know how the whole mountains and hills thing goes. I just smile when some people point out their local "mountains". :)
