I am Johanna. My sister is Kirsten. We generally go by Jo and Kirk. By the way, my sister is not Captain Kirk from Star trek.
Kirk and I do almost everything together. We work better that way. Whatever Kirk can't do, I can, so we balance each other out. Kirk usually edits my posts.

Hello From Two Sisters

Hello!
I am Kirsten. My sister is Johanna. We generally go by Kirk and Jo. By the way, I am NOT Captain Kirk from Star Trek.
Jo and I almost always do things together. We actually get along better that way. Whatever I can't do, she can do, so we balance each other out. Of course we are doing the same here. I'm afraid my writing is a bit "bookish", as Jo calls it, but she will help take out the strange and weedy words. :^)
The Scripture which we have used as our motto is Romans 8:38, 39.

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This I love because it is encouragement and promise to me. To think that of all the awful things happening in our world, not one of them is great enough to stop Jesus Christ from loving us.

Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah Psalm 46:10, 11
