Well, I was going to post this yesterday but I didn't have time. This is the angel food cake I attempted to make for Kirk. I don't think the eggs got beaten enough so it's dense. It's like a condensed version of an angel food cake. Oh well, I can try again next week for my wee sister's birthday.So, would anyone like a piece?

Yeah it did sortof taste good. It looked really weird though.
who cares what it looks like! you can always crumble it up and reuse it on ice cream or something. :-) alls that matters is the taste.
